Fall Wildcrafting Workshop at Foxfire

Immerse yourself in the vibrant autumn Appalachian landscape as the leaves begin to fall. During the first half of our workshop, we will take a wild plant and mushroom ramble on the gentle to moderate well-maintained trails at Foxfire. Participants will have permission during this workshop only to sustainably harvest ingredients along the way. We will then return to Phillips Cabin to make food and herbal medicine together including:

• Wildcrafted tea

• A wild foods snack

• Herbal bitters to take home
