About the Event
Join Cara-Lee Langston of Wildcraft Kitchen for a kid-friendly foraging experience on the Tennessee Rock Trail at Black Rock Mountain State Park. Enjoy a leisurely walk and stories about ethnobotany, stewardship, and traditional foodways as we learn to identify wild edibles and medicinal plants along the way. Kids can participate in a fun scavenger hunt and you will have a chance to taste something wild!
