Wildcraft Wednesday: Eat Your Weeds (Kids - all ages)

Wildcraft Wednesdays are happening the first 3 weeks in July at The Foxfire Museum! Every week, we will explore a different topic related to foraging and wildcrafting. 

Our first week, we will be learning to identify food plants in the wild! We'll begin by walking the trails in search of wild edible plants. Kids can participate in a fun scavenger hunt! After our walk, we'll return to the Phillips Cabin to learnto prepare a kid-friendly wild foods snack and refreshing botanical beverage.

This program is open to all ages. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult. We have an open door policy - parents and grandparents are welcome to attend for free.
